Returns policy

Try your panel at home for 60 days, counted from the day after receipt. Not happy? Email info@redlabtherapy.nl and you get a return label from us. Report it within 14 days and sending it back is free. After that we offset the cost of the label against your refund. Send the panel back complete, in its original packaging, and you get your money back within two weeks after we have received it.

After you report your return, we send you a return label and the instructions.

1. The consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal: they may terminate the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. This statutory right cannot be restricted.
2. In addition, and on a voluntary basis, the trader offers a trial period from day 15 up to and including day 60 after receipt. During the trial period the consumer may use the product normally according to the manual. Returns in this period are subject to article 8(6). This trial period leaves the statutory right of withdrawal under paragraph 1 intact.
3. The reflection period starts on the day after the consumer (or a third party designated by them, not the carrier) receives the product. If multiple products in one order are delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last product is received.
4. If the trader fails to inform the consumer of the statutory right of withdrawal, the reflection period of paragraph 1 is extended to a maximum of 12 months.

1. During the reflection period, the consumer handles the product and its packaging with care. They unpack or use the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as they would be permitted to do in a shop.
2. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling that goes beyond what is permitted under paragraph 1.

1. The consumer reports the withdrawal within the reflection period using the model form (annex 1) or in another unambiguous manner, by e-mail to info@redlabtherapy.nl.
2. Within 14 days of this notice, the consumer returns the product, or hands it to the trader.
3. The consumer returns the product, preferably in its original packaging, in accordance with the trader's instructions.
4. The risk and the burden of proof for correctly and timely exercising the right of withdrawal lie with the consumer.
5. If the consumer reports the withdrawal within the statutory reflection period of 14 days, RedLab reimburses the cost of sending the product back. RedLab sends a return label for this. For a return during the trial period (day 15 up to and including day 60) the cost of the return label is borne by the consumer. It is offset against the refund.
6. For a return during the trial period (day 15 through 60, article 6(2)) the product may have been used normally according to the manual. The condition is that it is complete (panel, goggles, remote control, power cable, mounting kit and, where included, the stand), undamaged, returned in its original packaging and sent with the return label the consumer receives from RedLab. The trader refunds the purchase price within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the return. If a return does not meet these conditions, the trader may refuse it or deduct a diminished-value amount.

1. The trader confirms the notice of withdrawal without delay.
2. The trader reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the trader for the returned product, without delay and within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
3. The trader uses the same method of payment as the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge.
4. If the consumer chose a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the extra cost of that choice does not need to be reimbursed.
5. The trader may wait to refund until it has received the product, or until the consumer proves that they have returned the product, whichever occurs first.
