Frequently asked questions

Which panel suits my organisation?+

That depends on the space, the body area you want to light and the setup. Compare the dimensions and the stated specifications of One, Pro and Max, or request a proposal for your situation.

How do I request a proposal?+

Through the request form. You share your organisation, use case and any model preference; a request is not an order and commits you to nothing.

Where do I find the specifications?+

Every panel page lists the stated specifications with their source: manufacturer specification or still to be confirmed. Unknown values are left empty rather than estimated.

Which setups are available?+

The panels ship with hanging wire, tandem screws and a door hook. Other setups are only confirmed when the compatibility is known.

What is the delivery time?+

The current delivery time is confirmed with your proposal. This applies to new proposals and changes nothing about orders already placed.

Can I become a reseller?+

Yes, that runs through a separate route for resellers, apart from the business request.
