What is a red light panel?
A red light panel shines LED light onto part of your body. RedLab combines visible amber and red light with invisible near-infrared light. The panels are intended for wellness use.

The One is compact and suits a smaller area. The Pro covers a larger part of your body. The Max is the tallest of the three. Compare the dimensions and check how much room you have for the setup.

You choose red and amber, near-infrared, or the combined mode. The seven individual wavelengths cannot be set separately.

How long and how often do I use the panel?
Follow the instructions for your model. Session length depends on the light mode and the distance, among other things. The Use and dosing page explains how light dose is calculated and what the calculator does and does not tell you.
Use and dosingDo I need eye protection?
Use the supplied eye protection as described in the manual and do not look directly into the switched-on LEDs. If you have an eye condition, or you are unsure whether the panel suits you, speak to a doctor first.
How much electricity does the panel use?
Power consumption differs per model. The measurements page lists the power figures that are available, along with a calculation of the electricity cost per session.

Keep your order number and read on the warranty page what the warranty covers and which details a report needs. Direct contact details are not available yet; we will add them once they are confirmed.

What about warranty and returns?
You get a three-year commercial warranty alongside your statutory rights. Consumers have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period. From day 15 up to and including day 60 you can return an unused product under the additional conditions in the returns policy.

For consumers we deliver within the European Union. For business orders and the partner programme we discuss the delivery area and timing per request. A confirmed delivery time has not been set yet.
