What if my guests do not take to it?
Then you return the panel after 30 days. You are not tied to anything.
Are there goggles in the room?
Yes. The protective goggles come with the panel.
How do guests know how it works?
With a card in the room, with a QR code to our page on use and dosing.
Can guests use it themselves?
Yes. Guests start the panel themselves, and the 10-minute session is set by default. A short instruction next to the panel is enough.
How do I describe it in a package?
For example: ‘Including a 10-minute red light session in our spa.’ Stick to what the guest gets.
Can the panel go in the spa?
Yes, in a dry area of your spa. Not in the sauna, the steam room or the shower area.
How do we keep it clean?
Wipe the panel dry while it is off, and clean the goggles after every use. In the suites it is part of the regular cleaning round.
Is RedLab a medical device?
No. RedLab panels are wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure conditions.
